Though akhy my feeling is mutual- rest assured insha'allah that this has been dealt with adequately, the Mods have dealt with this matter and insha'allah the bro will be with us in no time at all- lets cut the Ummah.com Mods some slack (not too much else they become spoilt) but they do what is a pretty good and just job (usually). ;)

asalamualaykum,

i have just been told that the ban on my previous username is definite and will not be lifted.
this is coz certain ppl have said that i have insulted dem via PM.
it looks like the kuffar are ganging up on me.

also the reason i got banned was over a post of mine.
but the fact is that the person who it was aimed at had insulted me in his previous post.
i then insulted him for that post.
he then said sorry coz he had mistakened me for a different member and he apologized.

i think he was waiting for me to apologize for my reaction however i never coz i didnt go back to the thread.
he reported that post of mine and consequently i got banned.

now a certain mod said it will not be lifted coz i insulted someone via a PM.
no evidence has been presented to me and im baffled.
i may have said something in a harsh way to one of them disbelievers but i never knew it would be enough to get me banned for ever.

i could very easily just use a diff username like this one however my rep points were building up day by day and i know it maybe childish but i dont want to start over again.

come one mods atleast have some leniency or a heart for your fellow muslim brother.

i was willing to stay away for 2 weeks and now this....

Bro Sajid I see here that the bro does feel hard done by, I also see why in terms of your position and the nature of the allegations that have been made why you would take the serious stance that you have taken. Thus, I propose a comprimise- ofcourse by laying this on the table their is no need to accept nor explain away why it were rejected or accepted seen as you are a Mod.

The proposal is that the bro is allowed to keep his current muslim warrior0 account and has transferred to this account the rep. points that he rightfully accumilated in his previous muslim warrior account. That way we walk away all reasonably happy. Also, perhaps an idea would be to transfer my rep. points that I had also legally accumilated from my Abu Haq account over to the bro too as a gesture of good will and brotherhood- in return the bro will try insha'allah to stay out of trouble and I'll even pitch in to give him nasihah if need be (I shall expect and accept the same from all).

You and the other bros and sis Mods and Admins give it some thought insha'allah- so long as all parties concerned are agreed to this we may move on from this saga all the better for it increasing together in brotherhood as a Ummah.

On a serious note sis. I was wondering from your honest observations do you think my sense/non-sense of humour is out of line even if sometimes? I have never ever wanted to hurt anybody (save a few 'Mozlems stink- go home' hateful non-Muslim types) in particular fellow Muslim brothers and sisters here on Ummah.com let alone anywhere else but lately I've been getting the impression from some my militant comments and comedy let alone my presence isn't appreciated and well thats about it really.

The thing is I know that often inner/ mental hurt, pain, and anguish can be more hurtful than physical pain and well I just try now and again to relieve some stress, and generally spread the Sunnah of smiling and loving one another- but if the comedy has a reverse effect and is the cause of feelings being hurt I just thought perhaps I should do something- you know.

Er... erm sorry to lay that lot on your shoulders sis. but your a sensible type and well I just need some nasihah at the moment as this thing is playing on my mind.
