i still dont get how ur rep power is given.

for eg i seen sum1 who joined in april 05 and has 19 rep power !!

yet sum1 joined years ago and has sumfin lyk 5.
is it determined on num of posts, or isit determined thru how long u been on it.
or is it determined by how much oder ppl rep u.

or is it up to the admins on how much rep power u have .

btw i like it when sum1 wid lots of rep power reps u den insted of havin 180 or sumfin u end up wid 200.

it depends on how much rep points u get from other users, doesnt depend on how long u have been here.

i think it again depends on how many points the person REPPING YOU has , so if u got 10 people rep u but they all only jus joined and got no points, u aint gonna get many points.

Where as, if i got 5 reps but the people who repped me, have a high number of rep points, then im ahead of u in that instance.
