AoA.
As all of us have noticed, the sect area is getting more and more frustrating on daily basis, the discussions get endless without any fruit, it instead spreads more hatred between the different communities. It is now time that we should look for constructive measures and not the contrary as demonstrated in the sects section. i ask the moderators if it is possible to remove that whole section as it is useless and boring. please cast your vote regarding this issue

Well we have been discussing the same thing and as you say that place is useless since all it does is promote hatred between ppl no real benefit there at all.

salams all

what you will notice is that the proponent of this thread, ie muawiya is really the one who causes hatred on the site

the reality of the situation is for all to see in terms of the posts

the wordings and the terminology used

the misquotations and out of context quotes

it is all so peaceful when he is not there

and i say the heart spews forth what is within

Strictly as an outsider, I think that Sunni and Shia need to come to terms with their divergent beliefs in some way. Perhaps it should be divided accordingly in to two discussion groups. My opinion.

I voted no, but for a totally different reason. If the sects board was cancelled, wouldn't much of that stuff just happen on another board???

Assalammu Alaikum and Dear Non-Muslims,

It should stay. Those deviants and infidels such as Shi'ism and Sufi'ism and those Ahmediyyah and all those other wanna be Muslim 'sects' need to be refuted so people will know they cannot follow them.

And remember those who do not believe the kaffirs are kaffirs, are them selves kaffirs! So follow what the Ulema and Mufasireen say on these issues and you will be okay.

Salam Alaikum

Brothers,

I believe that we have to follow only that what Allah has asked us to do (in Quran).

[Pickthal 29:46] And argue not with the People of the Scripture unless it be in (a way) that is better, save with such of them as do wrong;

[Yusufali 2:111] .....Say: "Produce your proof if ye are truthful."

Since Allah has not forbidden the discussion, hence we should also not make it Haram for us.

The only condition that Allah has put, is this that we have to do it in a better way.

[Pickthal 16:125] Call unto the way of thy Lord with wisdom and fair exhortation, and reason with them in the better way. Lo! thy Lord is Best Aware of him who strayeth from His way, and He is Best Aware of those who go aright.

The signs of Momineen in Quran is this:

[Yusufali 39:18] Those who listen to the Word, and follow the best (meaning) in it: those are the ones whom Allah has guided, and those are the ones endued with understanding.

I hope and pray to Allah that we follow the quran and sunnah, as Allah wants us to follow. Amin.

Was Salam.

THE SECT BOARD!

The Sect Board was Good and Exposed Evil Sects Like Shiites and Other Deviant Groups Claiming Islam! I think that The "Sect" Board can be constructie and educational if it is Controlled By an Admin With and Iron First!
