Viva Liberty is a black, well, a brown comedy about being a
British Muslim today. Neurotic, paranoid British Muslim Woody
Ali heads for America anticipating the trip of a lifetime.
But one freak accident involving a water pistol and he finds
himself vacationing in America's notorious "Camp Liberty"
Detention Facility. Protesting his innocence, orange boiler
suited and shackled, Woody is summoned to meet the camp's
chief, who vows to break him. But the worst thing Woody ever
did was tell his dad he was not going into medicine. Even so,
when he is thrown into solitary confinement, Woody starts to
question his sanity and whether or not he is in fact guilty
of some kind of crime. But is he being targeted for being a
suspected terrorist or for just being different?
