I have downloaded Google Talk.

It has a clean interface, basic feature set, no ads.

Now all that is left for Google is Google Browser, and then GoogleOS.

Is it better than MSN messenger?

And also, just a matter of time before they put AdSense in there...

I'm downloading anyway :p

Also is it just your GMail address or can you use MSN, Yahoo like Trillion?

I can only seem to get my GMail and no one is on my gmail..

I have Gmail invitations available (I got rid of them, but then another 50 popped up, got rid of those, then another 50 popped up etc.).

I have use Gtalk's voicechat feature.

Keeping in mind that I am on a fixed wireless internet connection 256/64 (downstream/upstream):

-the quality is excellent, no noticeable latency (delay),
-it allows for both parties to communicate simultaneously (unlike walkietalkie style communication of MSN/Yahoo, although they may have updated their programs recently)
-no ads (yet?)
-can search from it (which is what Google is all about)
-and whatever I wrote in my previous post

My mistake, you can't search the net from Gtalk, but for Gtalk contacts.
