MAHMOOD: A Tear For London
Aug 20, 2005
Sheikh Hussein bin Mahmood; Translated from Arabic by JUS
The heart pains and the soul aches for the London bombings…
Trains and buses destroyed in the heart of London…
Oh London!
How many have drowned in your wicked policies?!
Oh London!
Fifty blondes tainted with red blood!!!
Fifty blondes and their eyes are green…
Fifty blondes…
Oh the pain for the fifty blondes…
A cry for the loss of London
The thinker and the politician have spoken…
The writer, the Mufti and Imam calling out…
And the Sheikh of Sheikhs and the poetic prince…
No, No, No, No, No, No, …
All are repeating:
Oh London!
She destroyed the Khilafat and forbade the Adhaan in Istanbul: London
She killed women and left children homeless around the world: London
She destroyed honour and spilled seas of blood: London
The earth was divided a century ago between: France and London
Have we forgotten what she did to the Muslims, London!!
Did she not handover to the Jews Palestine?
Did she not split up the Muslim lands?
There is not a place on this earth without a hidden hatred for her.
Did she not destroy on the heads of the Afghans houses of mud!!
Did she not kill in Iraq a million and a half prisoners!!
Did she not destroy mosques on the heads of the innocent!!
Have you forgotten what she did in Palestine!!
Have you forgotten praying men in Al-Aqsa!!
Have you forgotten what she did in Syria, Egypt and China!!
And the Arabian Peninsula, and Lawrence the *******!!
Oh how poor she is London…
Oh how innocent she is London…
Oh how oppressed is London…
We seek refuge in Allah, terrorism has no religion…
How many tears has terrorism created in London?
How many candles has terrorism lit for dead ones?
How many saddened hearts has terrorism left behind?
In the heart of London…
Oh my heartache for the bombings in London…
And again, Oh my heartache for the bombings in London…
They have erupted in us a longing for London…
Sharon has criticized this cowardly act…
And Bush became angry…
And we knew what the Fatwa of the Mufti would be, long before he made it:
“There is no place for terrorism in religion”….
For verily upon Muslims is death, and upon cross-worshippers is security
The Muslims must be buried in quiet and secrecy
So that history may not know where is their grave
Whilst the injury of the cross-worshipper has a thousand and one stories
And a story, and a story, and a story following a story
Both men and Jinn have cried for London…
And the whole earth has shown affection and comfort…
The love is clear to all eyes…
How can they not cry for the pains of London!!
How can they not cry for those who have fought Allah, and disrespected the Quran!!
How can they not cry for those who mock the prophet of man and Jaan!!
Shouldn’t they cry for the ones who kill our brothers all over!!
Shouldn’t they cry for the ones who turn free people into slaves!!
An Iraqi woman mixing water and dough
The children are hungry but she cannot mead the dough!!
Can she mead it while the husband is a prisoner!!
In the prison of Basrah of London…
Who blew up the trains of London!!
I don’t think he was an Iraqi, for if it was he would have killed over a million
I don’t think he was an Afghani, for if he was, he would have left nothing but mud in London
I don’t think he was a Palestinian, for if he was he would have turned their parliament building to dust
I don’t think he was an Arab, for London has a much bigger price to pay the Arabs
In fact I don’t think he was a Muslim
For how can a Muslim leave anyone alive in London!!
Is it perhaps African hatred finally showing itself after decades?
Or is it perhaps the woes of Asia, the result of the afflictions planted by Britain?
Or is it the opium wars with China, for China doesn’t forget calamities?
Or is it perhaps Russian, Irish or Scottish revenge!!
No doubt, terrorism must strike London
On the shores of the Nile from Ethiopia to sad Egypt
In the jungles of Africa and in the South of the continent are painful memories
In India, East Asia and imprisoned West Africa
In fact in the heart of Europe are secret stories of London
A kiss for the memories of London…
A tear for the events of London…
She killed a million and a half in Iraq, and the terrorist only killed fifty Romans!!
She left homeless five million crying Afghanis, and the terrorist only killed fifty Romans!!
She destroyed the honour of men, women and children, and the terrorist only killed fifty Romans!!!
How can I not cry for the events of London when only fifty have left the world!!
Fifty in the trains of London!!
What kind of terrorism is this, my son!!
This is what an old woman said in Qandahar…
What kind of terrorism is this, my son!!
While mosques are destroyed in the middle of the day…
What kind of terrorism is this, my son!!
While Qur’ans are torn in the province of Tukhar.
What kind of terrorism is this, my son!!
Fifty infidels, a bus and a train!!
What kind of terrorism is this, my son!!
While Blair is still in parliament neighing like a donkey!!
What kind of terrorism is this, my son!!
And Jerusalem has still not been freed…
