We have set up a new helpdesk Format.
It is integrated with the forum as oppose to before where it took you to a seperate portal
To Create a Helpdesk Ticket or thread click the helpdesk link on top or The helpdesk forum is accessible under the troubleshooting forum and has a seperate forum on its own
You can use the helpdesk to ask for private forum requests, account problems or anything else whatsoever
YOu can create a thread normally as you would do on other sections, Threads that you create are only visible to the moderators and yourself. Normal registered users cannot view your posts so it is private
