My bro has this, and he loves it. Its touch sensitive on the buttons ( very sensitive and fine). its great.
I have an older model creative labs mp3 player of this type:

which i prefer as its buttons are less sensitive, and its also more solid looking. :)

i dont get the point of carrying around 20GB of memory on a mp3 player, unless you are thinking of using it for Quran.
if not, then why 20GB ????? :|

i carry documents of great importance
I got a 6gb Ipod Mini. Its nice, more music then battery life to play it! I got the 2 year warrenty by Apple and the Store I bought it from. They cover it for two years or 3 batteries/parts.
They're expensive, but if you like music or audio books its a must have.
Peace

It's a good one. I wanted one with a radio so this one is cool for me :) The white sucks, I have it in black. Looks nice. Got it for £109 I think. It also has very good sound quality and it goes really loud if you wanna burst your ear drums like me :D
