Assalaamu alaykum
As some of you may have noticed, along with the new skin and rearranging of the forums, the recent upgrade has also included some changes to the Arabic Forum:
It is no longer at the bottom of the muslim forum and is now open for everyone
We have launched a brand new Beginner's section with structured lessons
We are giving you the opportunity to get a good background in Arabic language in order to study it further yourself, or atleast to have a basic understanding of the language
We have friendly admins and Arabic speaking members onhand to help out with any questions
Users spending time in the Arabic forum will be rewarded with reps for spending time in something beneficial rather than nonsense threads, and Insha allah would also be rewarded for their effort by Allah SWT
This is all completely FREE, unlike nearly every other Arabic course you could find online
You are free to make any suggestions as to what you would like to learn and how you would like to work, and we will do all we can to help you in that
To go to this area, you can click arabic area under the learning zone of the forums, or simply go to arabic.ummah.com (http://www.arabic.ummah.com) :)
Arabic is the language of the Holy Qur'an and the language spoken by our beloved prophet salallahu alayhi wa salam. It is the most beautiful language, full of depth and meaning and it is a duty upon all of us to take any opportunity to further our knowledge of it.
Insha Allah I would like to encourage all of you to participate and make the most of this opportunity. Any queries or suggestions can be PMed to Khuzamah or Anna2000uk, or emailed to arabic@ummah.org.uk or simply posted in the "classroom" area of the Intermediate section. Jazakum Allahu khayr :)
