anger management

salamwalaikum
i have a very bad temper becoz of which many of my relations are at break up.i cant concentrate on my studies and exams are overhead.please help me.give me a link or please explain yourself how to control anger.

Salam,
I'm sorry to hear that yur short temper is distrupting yur life. My advice to you is,

Anger turns one away from Allah(something like shaitan) and patience brings one closer to Allah, so you must learn to be patience. Don't give in to Anger(shaitan).:nono: . Allah says in the Quran,

"O believers, seek help in patience and prayer.Truly Allah is with those who are patient" [2:153]

Saying "Astagfirullah" when in anger also help. But the most important of all is PATIENT.
" Verily Allah is with those who are patient"
