View Full Version : Rap/Nasheed
Salaam,
If anyone listens to rap, take a look at:
http://www.amansmusic.com/
Theres a small player at the bottom, click play and be veryyyyyyyy patient. It takes ages to load - well at least for me, it does.
Alas, another bunch of 'artists' without the faraaidh: i.e. beards.
to 'artists': dont talk about the struggle in 'life' when knowledge of islam and aqeedah is far more important to every individual.

Assalamu 'Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh
Why not listen to Recitations of the Qur'an? It is far more better than raps, and more rewards can be earned at the same time, each letter of the Qur'an can get you 10 rewards!!!
Here are 3 Recitations which I personally love, and can be found on my teams site.
Ibrahim Al Jibreen - Surah Al Waqiah (http://www.webspace-kostenlos.com/islamglobe4/recitations/IbrahimAlJibreen_SurahAlWaqiah.swf)
Abu Bakr Ash Shatri - Surah An Najm (http://www.webspace-kostenlos.com/islamglobe4/recitations/AbuBakrAshShatri_Surah53.swf)
Mishary Rashed Al Afasy - Surah Ar Rahman (http://www.webspace-kostenlos.com/islamglobe4/recitations/MisharyRashedAlAfasy_SurahArRahman.swf) (New tone!!)
BTW: You have to wait till the full file loads, its not mp3, its swf, the file sizes are around 1-2 MB. You can download them and play them with Macromedia Flash Player or Apple Quicktime
Wassalaam
Salams,
Amans are NOT Nasheeds.as far as im concerned...I saw a few vids of them making a so called like Bhangra Bollywood Style Song talking about Peace and all and stop the war...its not really islamic at all...
its the typical scenario Guys in the Ghetto, chains that sorta stuff..how can u call that islamic? its nothing remotely to do with islam...
