Question, why are certain people allowed to behave the way they do? For instance a rude bad person and they inturn affect me and want to hurt me. Do we as Muslims have the the right to do somethign about such people(ie hurt this person??) And to prevent people like this[people who kill and cause destruction are allowed to freely walk around and do these things] can we do soemthing about them? As in how do we control these types of people? To prevent them from hurting others around us?

There is a moral code of behaviour that I expect everyone to live in accordance with. Some don't - As a Muslim, I don't think you are allowed to harm him/her. However you can give advice to that person - if they don't comply with your advice, then just ignore them (hopefully someone else will sort them out) - if that doesn't work, you can file a complaint to an authority and it will be the authority's responsibilty to take action. The authority doesn't necessarily mean the Government. For example, if your little brat of a brother takes your sweet, you can complain to your mummy/daddy who will be the authority. People who commit murder and crimes of the like are not allowed to walk freely, at least not in England. If person A kills person B, person A will go to prison after the case has been dealt with in a court of justice. So, in conclusion, to prevent crimes, set up a legal system.
