Go out for a walk... unless you are feverish, of course. If it be but the flu, the fresh air and the walk will do you much good. :)

No offence Masha... I know most ppl say you should stay home. I just think going out not only lifts your spirits, but the "workout" would help the immune system. :)

I've hardly ever had migraines, but been having them since Sunday, they last for hours :crying:

So i'm a bit 'sick' just tired really.

Currently waiting the lab to send back the test results, then Ill know how sick I am.
Tho not feeling bad atm, but thats only because I havent moved around much.

Alhamdulillah I am in good health now. I wish you the same sister…remember sister that when one is ill their sin is being cleansed by Allah (swt) so we should be thankful…

:( You need to move much more, the life spent inside of the buildings is not good at all.

:D this is a classic ploy every teacher should have in their arsenal.... well "the government" is pushing it a bit, but you can apply the exact same logic with "the health and safety people" and "the school inspectors" and "the head teacher" etc etc etc

note: not to be overused of course :p save it for the stubborn kids that argue with everything you say and for occasions when they are being the most argumentative "yes I know it's stupid that I can't let you make nitroglycerine for your chemistry project, but the health and safety people won't let me let you do it." :up:
