Would it be possible to move the Arabic smilies to the top of the list for easy access?

Or give each member the ability to make the order of smiles fit their own needs?

It would make sense to me if the software adapted the order of the smiles on a per use basis.

If a member uses an Arabic smile and the :love: smilie on a regular basis, those smilies would be at the top of the list.

What file extension would I need to use ? *.ico ?
