Surah Hashr, Verse 21:

[Shakir 59:21] Had We sent down this Quran on a mountain, you would certainly have seen it falling down, splitting asunder because of the fear of Allah, and We set forth these parables to men that they may reflect.

059.021 Had We sent down this Qur'an on a mountain, verily, thou wouldst have seen it humble itself and cleave asunder for fear of Allah. Such are the similitudes which We propound to men, that they may reflect.

It means if the full knowledge of the Qur'an was really and totally understood by anything/anyone (mountains included which are a symbol of strength, endurance and power) that which understood it would fall on their knees in worship of Allah.

Put another way, it means if you really understood the meanings of the Qur'an to their fullest, you would with no doubt worship Allah totally (but Al Insaan {mankind} is ignorant).
