Moved thread !

As salamu alaikum,

There was a thread under Digital Highway named "Why Christians Convert To Islam (http://ummah.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49036) " but now it has been moved probably to one of the restricted forums. Therefore, I can't see it anymore as I don't have the permission yet ! I liked the link given in that thread but now I can't go there as I can't remember the webaddress.

I don't understand how this practice (having threads in restricted forums) helps me (as a muslim) or anyone else. There might be some very good topics going on in those restricted forums but I can't gain any benifits from those ! This is why I also disagree on a separate restricted adult forum.

Would any of the admis/mods clarify this issue please !

the reason we have a seperate area to my understanding is that anytime a good Islamic article is placed it gets bombarded by those who disagree with it taking away the topic and the learning opportunity for us as Muslims because we have to spend days defending some small part of the post. So we have a place where we can just stop and learn, and not have to have the constant debate. Makes perfect sense to me and I would assume if a Muslim wanted to experience that here all a muslim would have to do is ask for access...
