a saudi orginazation announced a plan to shake hands with 1,000,000 pilgrims during the hajj season this year in Makkah and Medina in quest for uniting Muslims

the voulnteers will shake hands with 200,000 pilgrims in the "hajj welcoming stations"
300,00 in Makkah
300,000 in Arafat
200,000 at departure

the voulnteers (males and females) will be wearing clothes with the sentence "peace to you from the people of the holy lands"

I hope men and women dont end up shaking each others hands.
