I'll write my thought's, in this thread due to the rest of the members not being interested in anything I have to say.
Not being a poet, my thought's will not rhyme or chime with poetic splendor.

Born into a Catholic family, the last of five children
My parents continued having children until they acquired a boy.
Why so much stress is put upon having a male heir, I'm not sure
Apparently, I was the apple of my parents eye, that is until I became aware
and began disagreeing with their long held beliefs.
Is the seed of a man-child still worthy if it doesn't carry on the fathers traditions?
I fear, all my life, I have been a disappointment to my parents
Both in following their traditions of religion and of becoming prosperous
My parents have passed along, I elected to not have children due to flaws in my genetic code
So my namesake ends with me, a lonely, broken down man, living in poverty and isolation.
Is this the path God has chosen for me, or did I take a wrong turn somewhere along the way ?
I am one-half century old and I do not feel that I have accomplished one good deed in my lifetime
Unless of course, one counts replacing a frown with a smile on a Childs face.
Perhaps that is my single contribution to this world? Exchanging frowns for smiles among the young.

With all that has been stated above, I find myself today, beginning a new chapter in my life
A new half-century yet, I have lost my way in this world
All that I think, say, do, seems to be contrary to the wishes of this world
I hold so many hopes and dreams within my mind yet, I'm only able to cheer and calm a child
The adults of this world seem bent upon destruction and despair, rather than building a new world
filled with joy and laughter, hope and promise for the future generations to come
My life, thought's, hopes and dreams extend far beyond the sphere of influence that surrounds my daily life.
It extends to the small child half-way around the world, of which I know not their name but, feel their pain
If only I could break these chains which bind me to a life of loneliness and allow me to reach out
across the vast expanses of time and distance, to improve the lives of children everywhere
For they truly are this world future, and without hope of a new day, their lives are filled with gray images of life
Not knowing who to trust, being subjected to their leaders whims and desires.
These perpetual wars which rage around the world, have destroyed many of the new leaders
snuffed out before they had a chance to mature and bring forth their light to the world.
Will I be destined to sit idly by, watching the destruction of yet another generation?
I fear I can not suffer another half-century of these pains and misfortunes.
Many have said that no one man can change the world yet,
these same people hold dear to individuals which have accomplished just that.
My ideas are laughed at and jeered, because I dare to present alternatives to death and destruction
I feel either I am correct and simply not being heard, or I'm going slightly mad.
This particular forum is for the express purpose of presenting Islam and all the truths it holds dear.
Yet, intertwined among all the good are calls for the destruction of those who do not adhere to Islam
It has been stated that I do not understand Islam, and have taken my views by observation of the members only
Yet, if the members do not represent Islam in total, how can Islam be promoted as a guiding light for this world to follow?
I hear the cries of people, talking about this New World Order,
and the struggle it presents against the old order presented by Islam.
Is this what I have to look forward to, for the foreseeable future?
A battle against the old order by the new?
How many children will go to bed, crying for the loss of a loved one?
How many children will go to bed hungry due to embargo's placed upon the people due to arguments?
Do not take this message as one whereby I cry for my own misfortunes but, only that of the children
If one wishes to become a martyr for Allah?God,
let them do so in peace, and by guiding their children upon the same road
I believe, if this path is taken, within three generations,
our world could achieve a society which would bring honor to Allah?God
Rather than teaching our children to go through life with scorn and a scowl on their faces
We should teach them the lesson of giving a smile, even to the most wretched amongst us
It is purported that Jesus once said :
"render unto Caesar that which is Caesars, and render to God, that which is God's"
Allah?God, does not wish his creation to fight amongst ourselves regarding his words and guidance
for it is all the same for each individual, do unto others AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU.
When I find myself walking through the market, or any assembly of people
Ninety percent of the children always offer me a smile, and I in turn return this smile.
Why do you believe, out of the multitude of people in a crowd,
I would be singled out to receive a smile from a young child?
I believe it is because they clearly see in me, this potential of good and trust, granted by Allah?God
Why then can not adults do the same upon meeting an assumed adversary ?

The words which I write upon this forum are not due to any animosity toward Islam or the membership here
I write these words, simply because I believe they harbor some truth which might have been overlooked
It is not offered on the order of dismissing or refuting the lessons and guidance of Allah?God given in the Quran
but of offering a view which might become a springboard for further thought and recognition of truths which are being
passed over due to the passions of those who feel downtrodden and filled with anger
at having another issuing directives upon their daily lives.
Take the lesson I offered, regarding "two neighbors, a fenceline with a fruit tree growing along the fence"
Most children would propose working together, and harvesting the fruits for the benefits of both families
But, if the parents teach their children to cut down all branches which flow over the fence, denying the neighbor of partaking of the fruits, animosity will surely survive long into the future between these two neighbors.
Their children will also guard this tree and continue to prune it so as to deny the neighbor the fruits produced.

So, for the sake of our children & their children, let us each offer a smile instead of smite.
