I'm trying to get my password reset but every time I do, I get an e-mail saying follow this link to reset the password, I follow the link and it says an e-mail has been sent to you with new password, but I don't receive this email with new password.

I've also tried re-registering but it won’t let me.
Also trying e-mailing you on 'contact us' but e-mail comes back to me. Please help.

Your passwords is teh First Digit of your IP address

e.g if ur ip shows as

26.45.22.11

then your password will be 26

but whatever IP u see on that site ive changed ur password to that

nopes i dont have access to passwords they are all encrypted

we have the facilities to change passwords but thats all but i cant see anyone elses passwords even if we did we wud no invade other people privacy...
