Colin Munro will introduce a discussion on 'The future of Bosnia-Herzegovina - a Mostar perspective'
Colin Munro served in 2001 as Deputy High Representative for B-H, based in Mostar. His experience of that divided city uniquely qualifies him to comment on ideas for Bosnia-Herzegovina's reintegration recently outlined - notably in an inaugural speech to the country's parliamentary assembly - by the newly appointed High Representative Paddy Ashdown.
