internet explorer....

My sis upgraded from IE5 to IE6 cos of Gmail, but since then our computer is acting a bit slower, and also my dad wants the other one back...

hw could we get it back? or will it be impossible? or is it a stupid idea 2 try & downgrade it again?

i tried unistalling Internet explorer 6.0 from WinXP but didn't try downgrade.

Control Panel >> Add or Remove Programs >> Add/remove windows componentes >> then simply uncheck Internet Explorer and click next.

if you remember Microsoft was forced to allow users to uninstall internt explorer 2 years ago.

Get FIREFOX!!!..it's 10 times better and faster than Internet explorer and don't worry about cookies,favorites, password and history which is saved in Internt explorer...Firefox will import all that for you.

EDIT : and Firefox has integerated pop ups blocker..working great with me till now.

and if a website has right click disabled all you have to do is Tools >> Options >> Web Features >> uncheck "enable Javascript".

and you can do all the right clicking you want without refreshing...i loved this one
