Peace be upon you all,
A collection of posts of the late Table Chewer - we can all learn something from them:

Sometimes i wonder to myself would i ever been safe, Sometimes i wonder to myself would there ever be peace. all these thoughts jingle around my mind constantly.
I have been comin to this forum Very recently and just sitting back and observing. It really saddens me to see all the bad things that happen in this forum. I have come to respect most of you a great deal both be you muslim or non muslim.
What saddens me most is when both sides are Guilty of Lashing out at each other, here many of us sit back and denonuce Terrorism, I was in tears when the WTC got Smashed, I was in Tears When The 12 yr old Palestinian Boy got shot by isreali soldiers, i was in tears when 100s are dyin In iraq every month, i was in tears when innoncent palestinians are killed, i was in tears when Suicide bombers attack innocent Jews,i was in tears when afghans civilians was killed during the War and i was in tears on many many occasions.
But we have to Question ourselves . Is this REALLY what we want? as many of us here in the forum denounce all these acts of terror when we unite together yet again when it comes to religion and other things here we go lashing out at each other again
How can peace be achived by arguing and causing hatred towards each other. It saddens me to see some of you in this forum both Non muslims insulting muslims and muslim insulting non muslims this really saddens me. and i think to myself how can you get peace like this.
At the end of the day what are we? we are humans as a muslim i belive im a servant of allah here to serve allah and follow our belove nabi (s.a.w)
If any of you here was dying, thirsty for water, about to be at sea,in an accident i would certainly stop and help you without thinking twice, if you were a non muslim even then i would stop and help you i would not let you die. Even those people who i hate or disagree with on the forum i wouldn leave you to die i would help you.
at the end of the day every single on of us in the forum has a Soft and emotional side, Although we dont show it and some of us are really good at hiding it, but we all have a soft spot, if i was to say something to you of anything which you dont like it may hit you in the soft spot and u can get emotional over it. If this soft spot which includes being nice to each other was easier for every single one of us then im sure we would all be really nice to each other..
Now i want you all to stop a moment and imagine yourself in this scenario.
Muslim i want you to choose a non muslim person whom you disgree with in the forum and the same for non muslim
Now Imagine yourself walking along somewhere and the other person is in desperate need of water or is close to death and you are the only person there and you are the only one that can save his life. Ask youself What would you do? WOULD YOU WALK AWAY? OR WOULD YOU GIVE HIM WATER AND SAVE HIS LIFE?
I bet that every single one of you would go for the second option by saving the other user,if anyone has opted for the first option then i belive that peace would never happen. Peace can only happen if every one of us chose the second option.
All of us have feeling we all get hurt or have been hurt EMOTIONALLY, this emotianl part inside us makes us think and wonder.
But no this part is covered with Hatred, towards each other we have the other person and thats what has been happening on this forum and arguing. Do you REALLY BELIVE WE CAN ACHEIVE PEACE BY ARGUING?????? impossible........!
Ive been observing the message posting back and forth the insults towards each other sometimes i wonder i cant belive why there are so much hatred towards each other, why cant we all sit back, be civilised,be sensible behave ourselves and be considerate towards each other.
MY CHALLENGE to everyne in this forum for 1 WEEK only lets see if we can manage to all behave sensibly,and civilised, this includes no HATRED,NO INSULTS,NO DEATH THREATS,NO BIGOTRY,NO RACISM lets all try and be peaceful with each other?
Can we manage this?
This is my Challenge to all each and every single one of you. For One week only let us try and hear good words and condolences towards each other. Is this going to happen?If we can do it then i sincerely belive that this forum will be the Best Forum on the internet and the best place whereby muslims and non muslim can talk and discuss this peace
those who decline my challenge please speak up, then atleast we know that we are not the same and atleast we know that somone would never want peace in the world. and also i feel that those who steps out of line for the next week is equally as bad!
Im sure many of you in here love this forum and have a good interest and stake at it and most of us are so close to each other, we all know each other so well even though we dont know each other in reality!!!!
This forum can be a much better place by each one of us behaving. take it as a team session all team members has to put individual effort for something to succeeed. each person individual effort is vital for the success of the project or the team performance. Take this scenarios here too lets all try and make this a team effort.
To all my muslim brothers and sister. please for allah sake we dont need to abuse the non muslim lets talk to them nicely if they say something that you feel was wrong then why not correct them in a nice way?Instead of lashing at them.. inshallah allah will guide us all..... lets demonstrate what the true flavours of islam is and lets not bring the other cult of islam and the most Danger of it all "EXTREMISM" because we all know islam is not about that!!!!!!!
So to all you im sorry this is such a long email but i hope after reading it all you will think, im sure many of you may have been touched by their Soft spot. so its time to let it outi feel.
