start up setting changed each time

Assalamulaikom
I have this problem with my pc,I did a virus scan even,didnt get anything.
Thing is each time I start up my startup settings been changed,it gives an error like cmos battery low, press f1 to change,or f2 to lead default settings. Than with f1 i have to fix startup and than only it start. Each time the date and time of the pc is changed.
what is wrong:help:

donno but it happens in the bios when starting up before windows even starts up :(

It seems ur PC battery is running low thats all i can think of

ull need to replace the batter inside

not too difficult to do

open up ur pc...Somewhere on the motherboard u will see a small slot which has a small round lithium battery in it..u basicallyt need to take it out and replace it with a new one

seems daunting i guess..but its just as same as replacing a battery on your watch :)

where do I buy such batteries?and what are they called?

u can buy them from any DIY electrical store where they sell batteries i think they are lithium type (Coin cell battery ) batteries ....u can always take the battery out and take it wid u when u go buy it i awalys do it this way :)
