can't get rid of stupid netsearchsoft

the above url gets set as my home page, no matter how many times i go to my internet options and change it, when i open IE it resets itself back to that!!! I'm getting peeved! anyone know how I can get rid of it? :banghead: :banghead:

2 options

1) remove it

start>control panel>add . remove programmes

then remove the netsearch soft

if not there

2) download Search and destroy spybot
