ive got a picture of me which I found on a site that took pictures of a march i attended. I had saved it on my computer, and cut it. I tried to put it up as my avatar and cant do it. I cliked on browse, opened it, and clicked on submitt modifications. Didnt work. Any ideas how i can get it up. I tried to enter the email site where its at, but that didnt work either. Too many pictures on there. Help. I wanted to put my pic up, just like we were dared.......i aint scared.....just am a bit naff with computers

Make sure its size is 140x140 pixels or smaller and it doesnt take aint larger then 10240 bytes.
Also be sure that its either gif or jpg image.

if u cant do it urself..then pass the link on to one of the administratos and inshallah we can sort it out for u :-)

pixels, gif, JPG...huh:confused: I have so much to learn. Does anyone know a site that will help me learn about all of this. A book i can get from the library even. I have no spare time to do an IT course. All I do know, and its not a lot, is self taught.
Baba, ive sent you a PM with the link on. Ive described myself. I hope you dont put up the wrong image......ha ha ha . Jazakullah again guys for your help.

ha ha ha Its a banner that i made myself. My avatars up .....thats so cool. Can you imagine my excitment when I came across a picture of me on the net. It was gone midnight when i found it, and my hubbie was at work so I had no one to share the excitment with. When he came back, I ran down stairs to show him, as he was on the picture too. He was so shocked, and said, "astughfirullah ". Then he couldnt stop laughing. We actually had been trying to dodge the camerasLOL. I stuck a printout in my scrapbook.
