what's gay and lesbian got to do with anything?! They are still male or female aren't they? The poll question (which actually should really say male/ female not boy/girl I agree) is not about sexual preference.

But I didn't vote either mainly because gender is such a dodgy term and gets used wrongly. Often it's because people don't want to use 'sex' but there is a bit of a difference between sex and gender. Gender is more socially conditioned.
