i am more libertarian in nature, although with some conservative leanings. Syph, sorry but my brothers were born in Canada and most of my family is from there and it is a system that is always on the brink of despair. Their health care is a sad cruel joke. Our biggest thing in the USA is we need tort reform so badly so that it is not the lawyers and the insurance companies that are making the decisions.

well....I dont really know alot about politics, but I dont think any of the parties we've got here are that good.
I think I would go for Khalifah, using Qur'an and Sunnah sounds like a better idea but I dont really know, like practically how it would be established or really how it would function, but I will vote for that one cuz Qur'an is the best thing you could base anything on. What man made laws or whatever could compare with Allah's?

I think with the amount of money the United States has in terms of GDP creation a pseudo-socialist democracy even in the smallest sense such as free education (including college) and universal health care would work wonders for the people.

That's a perfect way to make sure everyone has an education, but it also allows for people to choose their school and add their own money to the govt's part.

Everyone gets something, but there's still that element of competition that makes suppliers try to one-up each other in hopes of providing the better product.

I mean free college education for everyone but the student would have to pass an exam to qualify.

Free college is the logical next step in the capitalist system. At this point we could use more intellectuals since all the manual labor work and manufacturing has been shipped overseas.

Completely reform the public education system, so that a minimum of people get "left behind."

Socialize health care..do something... paying $800/month for family health insurance is draining.. if employers didn't have to pay so much in health coverage they would be able to hire more.
