Allahu Akbar;Allahu Akbar;Allahu Akbar.Çááå ÃßÈÑ ¡Çááå ÃßÈÑ¡Çááå ÃßÈÑ
(Allah is Great;Allah is Great;Allah is Great.)
Subhan allathzee sakhar lana hathza wa ma kunna laho moqhrenenen.wa enna ella rabena lamonqhaleboon.ÓÈÍÇä ÇáÐí ÓÎÑ áäÇ åÐÇ æãÇßäÇ áå ãÞÑäíäÒæÅäÇ Åáì ÑÈäÇ áãäÞáÈæä
(Glory be to Him Who has subjected these(i.e.means of transportation)to our use,for we could never have accomplished this by ourselves.And to our Lord surely must we turn back.)
Allahumma enna nas'lok fee safarena hathza alberra wa altaqhwa,wa men al'amal ma tardha .ááåã ÅäÇ äÓÃáß Ýí ÓÝÑäÇ åÐÇ ÇáÈÑ æÇáÊÞæì æãä ÇáÚãá ãÇÊÑÖì
(O Great God,we ask You in this journey to bestow righteousness and piety upon us,and to guide us to the deeds You accept.
Allahumma hawwen a'alayna safarena hathza wa etwee a'anna bu'dah.Çááåã åæä ÚáíäÇ ÓÝÑäÇ åÐÇ æÇØæ ÚäÇ ÈÚÏå
(O Great God,ease our journey and shorten its lond distance for us.)
Allahumma anta assaheb fee assafar , wa alkhaleefatu fee alahel .Çááåã ÃäÊ ÇáÕÇÍÈ Ýí ÇáÓÝÑ ¡æÇáÎáíÝÉ Ýí ÇáÃåá
(O Great God, You are our companion in the journey and the Guardian of family and relatives.)
Allahumma enna na'oothzo beka men wa'tha assafar , wa ka'abat almanzhar wa soo' almunqhalab fee almal wa alahl.Çááåã ÅäÇ äÚæÐ Èß ãä æÚËÇÁ ÇáÓÝÑ ¡æßÂÈÉ ÇáãäÙÑ ¡æÓæÁ ÇáãäÞáÈ Ýí ÇáãÇá æÇáÃåá
(O Great God , we seek refuge in You against the troubles and hardships of the journey and against unsightliness and bad bad vicissitudes afflicing property and relatives.

when I dled the file it was only 4 seconds long? is it supposed to be that short is it supposed to be the whole thing? all I got on it was "duaa assafara. allahu akbar"

wala hawla wala quwata illa billah

and then...

subhanAllathee sakhar lana
hatha wa ma quna lahu moqerineen
wa ina illah rabinnaa la mun qaliboon
subhan allah x3, alhamdulillah x3, Allahu akbar x3

subhanaqa inee thalam tu nafsi thul man katheero
wala yaghfiruthanooba illa anta
faghfireli magh firatum
min 3i'ndika war hamni inaka antul ghafoor ur rahim

(i apologise if my spellings are real bad :s)

So what is the difference between the dua you gave and what we read? Is the last part of mine for boarding a vehicle?

And could you translate it word for word for me, inshaa Allah?

so when do you say it? is it the one for whenever you go in a car or on a journey? like if your walking somewhere is that included or not?

- And the journey invocation differs from the supplication said when mounting an animal or any means of transport:

'Besimellah wa alhamdullah = In the name of Allah and all praise is for Allah
subhan allathzi sakhar lana hathza wa ma kunna lahoo muqhreneen
=How perfect He is,the One Who has placed this (transport)at our service and we ourselves would not have been capable of that,
wa enna ella rabenna la munnqhalebon =and to our Lord is our final destiny

alhamdullah , alhamdullah , alhamdullah, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar=All praise is for Allah,All praise is for Allah,All praise is for Allah.Allah is the greatest,Allah is the greatest,Allah is the greatest.
suhanak allahumma enne dhalamtu nafsi faaghr lee fa'ennahu laa yaghfer althzonoba ella ant.
How perfect You are , O Allah, verily I have wrongrd my soul, so forgive me, for surely none can forgive sins except You.'
