Oneness of Deity

~Monotheism~:

Is the belief in oneness of Allah who is the only lord and creator with no partners. The belief as well in Allah’s various names and adjectives, which are all, restricted only on Him.

The monotheism statement “La Ilah ela Allah: There is no God but Allah” means that only Allah almighty, and no one else in this universe, deserves to be worshipped, obeyed and submitted to.

This universe has only one owner and ruler Who is Allah.

Everything is constantly in dire need to Allah’s support and help. And the human mind and senses are incapable of understanding His being.

The word God means: He who deserves worship, including as well the sense: He who possesses an incomparable strength that the mind can not determine its range.

In addition to the meaning: He who is not in any type of need for any one while everybody desperately needs Him and His assistance to manage all aspects of their lives.

The meaning of God entails as well: He who is unseen by people. The words Ghoda, Diuta and God in Persian, Hindu and English, respectively, are all synonyms of the word Lord.

Monotheism includes three types: Oneness of Deity, monotheism of Rub (creator and lord) and of Allah’s names and adjectives.

~Oneness of Deity~:

The word deity is a derivative of God (in Arabic: Allah), which is in sense, dedicating all forms of worship to only Allah.
In other words a servant (believer) should perform all rituals in a way that entails dedication to only Allah.
Additionally, that a human being should not worship or seek nearness of anybody but Allah.
This type of monotheism formulates the main purpose, for which, Allah made the creation as manifested in the verse

“And I (Allâh) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone).” Quran 51: 56 (Az-Zâriyât).
Messengers of Allah were also assigned to serve the same purpose contained in all of the holy books as reflected in:
“And We did not send any Messenger before you (O Muhammad SAW) but We inspired him (saying): Lâ ilâha illa Ana [none has the right to be worshipped but I (Allâh)], so worship Me (Alone and none else)."Quran 21: 25 (Al-Anbiyâ).

While disbelievers rejected to comply with this concept when it was introduced by the messengers as mentioned in

“They said: "You have come to us that we should worship Allâh Alone and forsake that which our fathers used to worship. So bring us that wherewith you have threatened us if you are of the truthful." Quran 7: 70 (Al-A'râf).

In this regard, it is forbidden to dedicate any part of the rituals and worship to a top rank angle, a prophet or a messenger, Walyie (a good servant who sincerely believes in the oneness of Allah, seeks the help from no one else, keen to comply with the overall divine legislation and desire the utmost satisfaction of Allah) or to any other creature since worship should be only to Allah.
