questions...need a bit more help

salaam everyone!

these are the questions for the speaking topic of GCSE about home and abroad...I was just lookin thru, and im not 100% on what they all mean, n understanding the questions is half of the answers! so can someone help me to make sure I really understand them? I dont have 2 do speaking in my GCSE actually but I still wanna understand the questions cuz it will help with the other parts of the exam, plus I think @ uni you have to do speaking, and when you go to the country.....
I have an idea on most of the questions but I jus wanna check. I will post what I think in a reply

ماذا تومل عادة أيام العطلة؟ - what do you do in the days of ur holidays? btw, that is sposed be t3aml (with an ayn not a waw....typing mistakes :rolleyes: )
اين قصيت عطلتك العام الماضي؟ كيف وصلت اليها؟ - where did you spend your holidays last yr and what did you think of it
ما الهدايا التي اشتريتها؟ لمن؟ - what sovenirs (?) did you buy? from where?
اين ذاهب لعطلتك في هاذا العام؟ - where are u goin on holiday this yr?
ماذا يوجد للشباب / للسياح في منطقتك؟ - what can u find for youths to do in ur area?
القرية - dunno what this word means...its not a question, but i dunno it
اين تذهب إذا تريد أن تتسوق / إذا أردت التسوق؟ - where do u go if you want to go shopping?
إذا كنت ساءحا، ماذا تقدر أن تزور / ترى / تفعل في المدينه
كيف تحتفلين انت والإسرة بالأعياد الدينيه مثل عىد الاضحي / عىد رأس سنه إلخ
how do u and ur family celebrate the eids in ur religion like the eid after hajj and is that 2nd one new yr?

First line: what are the types of (ermm.. not sure about that word there, ya need to fill in that blank for me :P ) that you prefer? Why?

The second line is right :)

On the third line, you have the question, "liman." That does not mean, "from where", but rather, "for whom?" So, for whom did you buy the gifts for?"

4th & 5th lines are right.

Aww man!! qaryah, i know that word, i can't remember what it means though.... maybe city, area, it's some sort of "place" word :banghead:

The 2nd to last line reads, "Idha kunt saa'iha, madha taqdir an tazuur/tara/taf'aal fil madinah?" That means, "if you were on vacation/vacating, what would you be able to visit, see, and do in the city?"

The last line is right, I believe.

ما هي فوأد وعواءق الهياة في المدينه / في الريف؟ - something about the life in the town or in the country
لو امكنك الاشتيار، اين تفضل ان تعيش؟ لماذا؟ - is the last bit where do you want to live and why? dunno the 1st part
لو كان المال وافر لديك، اين تذهب لتقضي عطلتك؟ لماذا؟ - is the last bit where do you go on holiday and why or something? dunno 1st
هل تفضل ان تقضي عطلتك مع الاهل او مع الاصدقاء؟ لماذا؟ - do you prefer to spend holidays with family or with friends? why?
صف رحله مدرسيه قمت بها - describe a school trip you went on?

2. I think that's asking about the "heart" of the town/city b/c the word "Fouad" means heart.
3. First part: "If you had the choice"..... (your translation of the rest is correct, therefore, the q reads, "If you had the choice, where would you live? Why?" )

Its asking what are the pros and cons of city/country life. Its means about fawaa'id not fu'aad (should be spelt ÝæÇÆÏ).

typo...sposed to say ra instead of jeem in the 2nd word.
