1 question : if you have done it, how fast does it move? like if you started w/ beginners, how long does it usually take for every1 to get 2 say GCSE level?

I have no idea sis. Just wanted to say, may Allah grant you success. You have really impressed me, alhamdulillah! I hope I am as good as you after three years of studying, inshaa Allah.
Dang, wish I had a teacher too... and obviously I'd probably learn faster if I was a young blood like you :)
Your dedication is an inspiration :)

some arab chick, not covered, didnt even know fus-ha, amazed that muslims even wear hijab in america, and loved to talk about pagan arabia

and yes, she was muslim, or claimed to be

teachers always teach more than just the subject at hand

and universities rarely hire qualified teachers to teach fus-ha, in the spirit of islam, so be wary
