sprinter returns = 1 min
sprinter + mom = 5 mins
spinter returns = 1 min
sprinter + climber = 2 mins

11 + 1 + 5 + 1 + 2 = 20 mins

monk + mom = 11 mins
climber returns (with torch) = 2 min
sprinter + climber = 2 mins



2 + 1 + 11 + 2 + 2 = 18 mins

sprinter and the climber go, sprinter comes back; gives it to monk and old woman, they go and give the flashlight to the climber who then goes back and comes back with the sprinter.
