Abu Mubarak:
تغيير السفير الفلسطيني بالهند بسبب أحداث كوجرات
Changing the Palestinian ambassador of India because of the incidents in Gujurat
The tranlisteration (to show the harakah of the words) is:
Taqhyeeru's-safeeri'l-Filasteeniyyi bi'l-hindi bi sababi ahdaathi kujaraat
تغيير= changing. The verb is غيّر - يغّير ghayyara-yughayyiru (past-present/future), and the noun formed from this verb is تغيير. It more like means to alter, or modify type of change, rather than change clothes, although it is used widely in the latter context.
السفير- ambassador (singluar). The plural is سفراء sufaraa'. It is مجرور majroor (kasrah on the end) because it is the second term of a possessive construction (idafa) with taghyeer. [note: سفر safar = journey/trip ]
الفلسطيني is majroor, because it is an adjective to the safeer, and so takes the same case ending as the noun it is adjectiving.
بالهند is majroor, because the بـ is a preposition, and the noun which comes after any preposition is majroor.
بسبب - a سبب is a cause. بسبب is a phrase which means, 'caused by' or 'as a result of' or 'due to' etc. The plural is أسباب. It is majroor because of the same reason as bi'l-hindi.
أحداث is a plural. The singular is حدث which is an event, occurance, incident or happening etc. It is majroor because it is the second term of an idafa with سبب.
