Never give up, keep firm upon Allah’s deen,
Ignore those comments which bring you down
Keep up your salah’s and salam’s

I was in your shoe at one time, so I can understand what’s going through your mind,
Qur’an was not revealed in one day
For those who think they know it all say
let me draw near to please my LORD one step at a time

Plus you have a man on the side and say it’s ok because you’re gonna marry them.
What kind of an ignorant mind do you carry under your hijab
so let me be, to draw near to my LORD one step at a time.

You don’t know about the secret orphan charity she sponsors
Nor about her long sujoods in the tahajjud salah
Her close companionship with her mum have you not witnessed
Her heart, where her faith is safe can you not ever see
How dare you judge her about the unseen

Oh brother, stop your ‘Haram police’ business please
Because you approaching her will just cause more fitnah

Don’t play no mind to those who criticize
You’re mission in life is to worship Allah
I know it’s hard to follow the deen
And the comments of those ignorant muslims
Also don’t help

But if you do as you do and keep firm
By Allah’s will, wearing Niqab, will not even be hard!

True words are hard to find among poets. Mashallah

Subhanallah, just two years ago two of my sisters did not wear hijab. It was in their own terms that they later decided to wear it. Mashallah they were amazing muslims before and after they put it on. Subhanallah, outward appearances can sometimes fall prey to deception. Subhanallah, the hijab also gives rightful good preception to those who wear it properly.

May Allah protect us all
