Yeah I like tea too, but don't love it. I like it milky too, half water half milk. I prefer it with skimmed milk. Makes it taste a lot more refreshing in my opinion.

My likeness for tea increases a hundred fold when cakes are involved...

try 1 full teaspoon of coffee, and 1 full teaspoon of hot chocolate and lots of milk and water! its really nice.

I don't drink coffee, but 1 time, I went to a friends house who had some expensive brand of coffee. He added some cream to it and it was amazing!!! He had about 4 cups while we spoke and I had 2 within 3 hours.

Refreshing.......if you want refreshing, take a walk in the cold! OR have a nice cold drink, or go out in the rain! Maybe you meant reviving....:D But bleh, don't like making it, don't like drinking it! I loathe Kettle Tea......ewww

But yummy Asian tea.....made the proper asian way....but only with Sainsburys Red Label Tea Bags....

.....Also if you have fresh lemon grass tastes all the nicer. I tend to do that when Im abroad.....no fresh lemongrass in Engalnd

Coffee with a couple teaspoons of sweet milk is divine..if not only brown sugar!

But generally herbal tea, green tea, mint tea, ginger tea, ginseng, lemongrass....hmmm

And and on a cold day Asian Tea with lots of ginger does the trick perfectly!

proper way to take tea to avoid its ill effects:

1. put tea leaves in hot water but not boiling water
2. avoid more than one cup a day as it contains tannin which is quite harmful

I am surprised some people have so much love for tea... that they even drink it in sahri... admire the dedication lol...

i mean .. my reason to drink tea or coffee is only to get freshness... so why wud anyone need a tea at sahri... cuz u wanna go sleep after sahri and fajr...

Oh wow!

I just check the link and its actually quite close to the way these thai folks drink this type of tea here at my work place.

The only difference is they dont use the tradition kettle and cups as shown in that link, but rather normal cups and tea is made in glass jar...

it does smells nice but i've never tried as i normally take 1 - 2 cup of coffee (1 before lunch and sometimes another after lunch) during the day at work.
