Which do you think needs to come first:

The establishment of a Khilafat,

or

The education of the Ummah


Looking at Pakistan, I'd say that we need to educate the Ummah before we have a Khilafat established, otherwise there's a danger that we'd have another Pakistan.
But, that's my opinion, what's yours ?

I think we need a group of learned educated scholars to start the khilafah, and educate the Muslims within the Khilafah.

If the Educated bring it together it can work, but if Ignorant bring it together then it wont, depends really
