Today I created a new blog on blogger.com but now I cant sign in. Everytime I try to sign in my old blog shows up.

Is it possible to delete the old one? And how can I sign in on my new one?

When you created your new blog, did you fully create it? You might have done some things, but forgot to complete all the steps.

If you want to delete your old blog, go to settings and scroll all the way down. There is a delete button located there.

I completed all steps and when my old blog shows up it says I have to sign in again, again and again...I keep getting the same sign in message

Blogging huh. Sounds like fun. I used to have a blog, well...still do, but I don't update it any more. Wordpress is really good.
