Salaam' dear brother and sisters...
My question is what is the role of the husband and wife in the marriage. I mean who controls the money, who decides what kind of education children should get i.e. secular or religious? I have some other embarrassing questions actually on making love with the wife and what are limits on foreplay is there any limits on foreplay?
:wswrwb: husband can consult his wife about the issues but he has the final say,he controls the finances as he is the provider and the one who provides the finances, and he is the amir of the family, as for the 2nd part of your q insha Allah some of the brothers can pm u with the answer to that.

like sister Asiya said you make the decisions but make sure to listen to your wifes opinions and consider her feelings aswell that will help you build a stronger relationship with your wife.

I have a question and these books in Arabic? I can read only very little Arabic. And that I have to use an arabic dicnotry sometimes to find the deifntion of the words. So these books if they are in Arabic I will not be able to understand them. I need English books and also preferbely translation in Urdu too for my wife.
Edit never mind. It is an English translation.
