actually to be honest i dont mind getting married at the age of 17........BUT i feel im not ready for it just yet...inshAllah maybe in 2 yrs time

I mean people can be torn between the two 'yes' and 'no!!
Because marriage is simply something you can't prepre yourself for, theres no manual or guide, you jus go with the flow right!!
I mean, can you be emotionally, physically, mentally 100% prepared??
Personally i say yes and no (yes i have to be difficult:p)

I didn't put a maybe (partially because I forgot :p) and mostly because if you aren't screaming "YES I AM!!" then I don't think you are :scratch:
Once I get a job and a car, I think I'm ready for marriage.
Btw, if I get married, does that mean I have to buy a house/apartment? I currently live in a dorm at college, and I'm sure my future wife wouldn't want to sleep under my bed eating Pop-Tarts for dinner.

I dont think Im ever gonna get married unless Ive lived with the person first and knew him for a long time. Im very tramatized from getting married after what happened with my x husband.

yea did u check that out, doctors only, over 35`s only, pakistanis,Gujarti , Somali ,then u got your African and Caribbean Muslim Marriage Event ( notice they group the africans and the caribbeans together :smack: ) then u got the Non-UK Citizens , Turkish Muslim Marriage Event and even the Converts marriage event :smack: why cant we just have "muslim marriage" whys it always got to be grouped up into nationalist, ageist or born muslim vs "convert" muslim categories :smack: man no wonder this ummah is so divided.

men get married late.. dont take it personally, but there only going to be old and wrinkly.... yes i know in pakistan, if a woman gets married late its considered bad.
