Allah's messenger :saw: said: 'Allahs (swt) says 'if my slave intends to do a bad deed then (O angels) do not write it unless he does it; if he does it, then (O angels) then write it as it is, but if he refrains from doing it for my sake, then write it as a good deed (in his account). (On the other hand) if he intends to do a good deed then (O angels) write it as it is, and if he does it, then write it for him (in his account) as ten good deeds up to seven- hundred times .

...its so easy to accumulate good deeds just by refraining from our inclinations! subhanallah ten good deeds for one good deed...offer not to be missed....:hidban::D

........and we *cringe* at the thought of doing something good when we could opt for something not so good :S

...we are so undeserving of this blessing , but subhanallah allah swt leaves it there for us...in case we do a good deed.
