Join us on a journey of enlightenment, motivation and entertainment. View the Muslim community through the array of spectrums that now constitutes our British society. Celebrate our diversity in approaches but unity in faith. Be part of the United Muslims’ Convention (UMC) experience.
The UMC is anticipated to be a landmark event for the heart of England, the West Midlands. Inshallah (God willing), the event is anticipated to attract over 3000 visitors from all walks of the Islamic faith. Not only this but the event is intended to extend the invitation to our non-Muslim friends who are interested in learning about Islam and who wish to experience our legacy.
The fusion of speakers, nasheed artist, kid’s programmes, souks (bazaars) and finger licking scrumptious food has been in the planning for almost a year. This one day convention has the support of the local community, Islamic thinkers, community activists, scholars, University Islamic Societies and many other organisations.
An audience constituting people from all walks of life, age groups, races, religious viewpoints, political persuasions will accumulate in a historic event allowing our community to showcase their services and views.
