Abu Mujahid has studied Arabic and Tafsir in Syria. Having studied christianity from a historical perspective, he holds dialogues with christians and delivers lectures in universities and masjids across the UK. Abu Mujahid has BA (Hons) in History, MA in Crusader Studies and presently doing a PhD in the Muslim effort to reclaim Jerusalem after the First Crusade 1099.

He is also working for the Hittin Institute - named after the Battle of Hittin under Salah Al-din, which is an institute for the purpose of bringing together Muslim researchers, academics and activists to present Islam and Muslim historical achievements and contribute to the global Islamic resurgence.
