Any recomendations for professional massage for men only ? or anything else I can do to relax my body?
After years of training...my body needs to be 'reset'.

shiatsu or sports massage will be good for deep muscle tissue relief. even a visit to the osteopath to re-align your bones and spine would be good too. as for where in UK, i have no idea.

''re-align your bones ''... really? how much does it normally cost?
do you think cupping will help?

not sure about UK prices. Should be as much as a massage.
if i am not wrong, cupping is for removing toxins and improve blood circulation in the body.

Same problem here. I'm looking for a more affordable professional massage for men on a weekly basis.
the notion of having a pro massage from a man does not settle in my mind and i don't know why
