I agree. Another forum I am on, which uses the same BB format, I have 531 reps, and others, like mods, have 20,000+ reps. Because of having virtually unlimited reps available, strict rules had to be set up, ie: cannot rep the same person until you have rep'd 50 other people, etc.... The mods had to spend more time stopping "rep groups" from abusing the rep system. And worst of all, the quality of posts in the open forums were extremely poor quality because of posters literally begging for reps.

I don't think Mods should be able to get reps. :D The system should be unbiased, and mods shouldn't have to worry about reps if they are in a position of responsibility anyway. Wipe the reps slate clean for mods!

Rather then raising the limit, maybe we could add a special designation for members (not mods) who have reached a certain reputation; like Special Ummahtee, or something nice in arabic perhaps. But not for mods! :D
