Would You Lie To Keep A Job?

would you lie to your boss if it helped you keep a job for longer? what if you felt you need this job to help your family?

the weight of lying is crushing my shoulders and i feel no barakah at all due to it....

I know some people who lie to keep their job but I wouldn't recommend it because in the end, it isn't honest money you are earning.

If you lose it, think of it as Allah swt having something way better in store for you.

Or even think, what if you got caught in your lie? Wouldn't the consequences be much worse? Lying will not only hurt you, but others around you as well and can potentially make the situation worse right.

Also, it depends on what lie you want to say. Is it completely making something up or just exaggerating the truth? lol, either way, take the high road where you know Allah swt will be pleased with you even though you may experience short term stress.

May Allah swt make things easier for you. Make du'a. Good things come to those who are patient Inshallah, and right know, patience and the truth is key.

Tell the truth, even if it is against you... remember that Allah is the giver and sustainer... you didnt get the job because of your own wit an charm (and lies!!!) but because Allah blessed you with it... Allah gives anyone money (pharoah had dosh) itz the love/pleasure of Allah that you should seek. may Allah give you good and lead you to the right direction inshallah:up:
