Don't know about Pakistan, but in India Gol-Gappe is a road side food, sometimes made in Un-hygienic way... but way too tasty :D

First take the round gapa, then put the channa's into the gapa, then dip the gappa filled with the channa's into the khaata/meetha liquid, then take the gappa filled with channa's/khatta liquid into yr mouth as soon as possible otherwise it will leak.:D
