K750i won't connect to pc

Guys 'n' Gals,

A month or so ago I tried to plug my SE K750i(bought in popvoucher (http://www.popvoucher.co.uk/)) into my PC (XP SP2) to download some photos. The phone said it was being charged but the PC seems to have no inkling that it's connected. I can't force it to pick it up when it can't see anything there at all. I've not been able to connect it to the PC since.
Can anyone suggest what might (not) be happening?

Well it could be that your phone is set in a mode which prohibits itself from connecting.

I.E. the phone doesn't know its been connected because its been told not to detect any incoming connections.

How we fix this is fairly simple if I'm correct; you have to go into your settings and look for anything such as "Connection Options" or something like "Connectivity"....then under that should be related to USB or computer connection or something like that....

When you get there (Inshallah) change that particular setting to "Mass Storage Device" or "Removable disk" or anything like that.

Reconnect and Inshallah it should work...

IF that doesn't work check out some SE forums for guidance. If they don't help it could possibly be a hardware issue.
