hmm that is interesting...
but in this case i guess Sabbath means 'day of rest'
and well it must have been a Christian who wrote the rhyme...their day of rest is Sunday...

Sabbath > noun (time)
Meaning: A day of rest and worship: Sunday for most Christians. Saturday for the Jews and a few Christians. Friday for Muslims
