O.K, I got this problem, everytime i used to shut down my computer, i always saw this screen, Like everyone does on XP.

Salam Bro,

This is my guess, your Windows XP theme may have changed....

Someone may have just altered a few "theme settings". It's pretty easy to fix. But I'm using a completely different operating system so it may be difficult to help you.

I'll scour the web to see what I can find!
