You have to pray Istikhara first before making any decisions if they are both pious.

Whoever becomes Muslim, their past sins are erased, so it's not right to take that zina into account for the first sister.

You can't just choose based on their current status, you should also look into personality, compatibility, etc.

I'm absolutely amazed that you've narrowed two marriage choices due to THESE criteria, subhanullah, what is wrong with either of these two?

So long as they have both recognised their past sins (except for number 2) given the information provided, and that they have both repented and intend to never do these things, then both are suitable for marriage Insha'allah

Please choose according to present behaviour rather than past behaviour

what do u mean by status?

To me .. both are sin free with regards to 'status' (if its what i think u mean) ... so u shouldnt look at the fact that one has committed 'zina' and the other is divorced. ibviously it doesnt bother u since your looking forward to marrying one of them ... so ...

you should do istihkaara for the one u feel more inclined to .. i.e personality, compatibility, attraction, piousness etc. Both cannot be identical in every aspect.

If istihkaara is not postive for the first one, then perform it for the second one.

then just suppose u wanna marry a girl , so which status wud be more acceptable 4 her not being virgin,,, tht she was married a short period n now she is a young divorcee without kids (reverted muslimah) ~ or u prefer her being unmarried but not virgin cuse made zina before reverting?

both of them are acceptable bc divorced is not a sin, and the other one she became muslim since so its wiped...
